Victoreen CDV-715 Model 1A Gamma Radiation Detector AS-IS UNTESTED. Read below. This is a very nice looking example of a CDV 715. It has some paint rubs and the start of some rust. The CD V-715 and CD V-717 are very high-range gamma radiation detecting instruments.THESE ARE NOT GEIGER COUNTERS! I have no way to test if this detects radiation but when I put the battery in, the dial will go back to zero (or wherever you zero it to) and then when I do a circuit test the dial goes to the circuit check area on the readout. I took pictures so you could see the dial positions while working. Most of these I get the dial never moves. No returns, ask questions, i am happy to try and answer.
