Today I am offering this great set of Royal Prestige Precision Series III Knives. This is a pre-owned knife set with some imperfections but still super nice and very high quality cutlery. Retail price for a new set this size is well over $1000. These are stainless steel knives with a full tang. The blade extends all the way through the black handles. My understanding is that they are made from forged German steel. The set includes the following: x6 – 9″ serrated steak knives with 5″ blades (2 are missing from original set of 8) 1 – 7″ paring knife with a 3″ blade 1 – 14″ bread knife with an 8″ blade 1 – 13″ chef knife with an 8″ blade 1 – 12″ santoku knife with a 7″ blade 1 – 13″ carving knife with a 7″ blade 1 – 13″ filet knife with an 8″ blade 1 – 10″ 2 prong meat fork 1 – sharpening steel 1 – kitchen shears scissors (broken) 1 – very heavy solid wood knife block measuring approximately 6″ by 10″ (1 rubber ring “foot” is missing from underside) As you can see in the photos, there are a few very small spots of discoloration on a couple of the knives, some scratches and scuffs, and a bit of damage to the paring knife handle. But nothing horrible or significant enough to prevent use. There are no chips or broken tips on any of the blades. The exception is the broken shears or kitchen scissors. I don’t know if they can be repaired. It’s the screw mechanism that holds the two halves together that is malfunctioning. The actual blades are good. I’m including them anyway in case you want to try to get them fixed. For the most part this is a really decent and valuable set of knives showing normal wear but still having years of usefulness to come. They are each hallmarked on the blades with the Royal Prestige Precision Series III name and logo. The sharpening steel and shears are not marked. The custom knife block has a chrome metal plate or plaque attached to the front etched with the name and lion head logo as well. Please review all the pictures and zoom in for close-ups as they are an integral part of the description. This set is being sold AS IS with all the issues disclosed in the description and many photos. USPS shipping cost is for the lower 48 US states only.
