We have filed claims in past but had customers not follow through with what is needed by post office, therefore we had claim denied. Our advise is to take photos as mentioned to help claim go through faster. 1) Photo of the Box 2) Photo showing all the packing material we put in the box, 3) Photo of the broken item 4) Photo of the address label attached to the box as this is required when filing a claim. 5) Photo as proof of how much you paid for the item. After claim is filed, if the shipper is the PO, they may send you a letter requesting you to bring item to the post office for inspection. This can not be done prior to filing claim because USPS indicates everything has to be done in order they are requesting. PO also indicates that items can not be returned to seller and items must be kept in buyers possession until final decision is made (payment). With any claim, keep all merchandise and copies for your protection. 6- Condition – Most of our items are pre-owned as well as vintage. Item condition varies with the discretion of each individual.
