How to determine the right size tableclothThe accepted standard measurement for a tablecloth allows a 6″-12″ drop or overhang from the table-edge on all sides of the table. Using this standard will give you a nice fit to your table without looking skimpy and also without a lot of excess draping. Measure your table width and add 6″-12″ for one side and 6″-12″ for the opposite side. Do the same math with the length of your table. This is the minimum size that will fit comfortably.
