Paypal e-cheques are accepted, though subject to Paypal’s 7 – 9 days clearance time. Once Paypal have notified us of clearance, your order will be despatched.

Cheques also accepted. Please allow 4 – 5 working days for clearance. Once cleared your order will be despatched.

Europe and Rest of World: Only payment by Paypal is accepted

If you live in an area classified as remote e.g. Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Man your order will be delivered within 3 – 5 working days.  Additional costs will apply to remote areas. UK:

Typical delivery time is 1 – 2 days during the working week to UK mainland address only.  Delivery is by courier therefore please ensure someone will be available to take delivery of your order.

Non-mainland addresses – typical delivery time by Royal Mail is 3 – 5 working days. 

  For clarification, the working week is defined as Monday – Friday.  Orders despatched on Fridays will not be received until Monday.  Orders received on weekends are despatched on Monday.

Europe:

Please allow 3 – 7 working days for delivery.

We would ask that you please allow 10 working days to pass before contacting us regarding delivery enquiries.

Rest of World:

Please allow 7 – 14 working days for delivery.

We would ask that you please allow 14 working days to pass before contacting us regarding delivery enquiries.

Import Taxes:

International customers are responsible for any import tax/duty incurred upon delivery.

Damaged/Lost in Post: We expect that your item(s) will be received in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that any of your item(s) are received damaged, a free replacement or full refund will be offered. Please note all damages are investigated by Royal Mail.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 7 days from receipt. Your unwanted item(s) must be returned to us in a saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of authorisation. High value returns (order value over 36) must be sent back to us by a traceable method with proof of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

Incorrect item: If we have made an error during the packing process please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you the correct item(s) upon verification and ask for the return of the incorrect item.  Upon receipt, your postage will be refunded.
