Buy from a knowledgeable and experienced seller like us whom are professional analytical instrument engineers. —————————————————————- For Sale: ONE HP / AGILENT type HPLC VACUUM DEGASSING PUMP (P/N: G1322-60000) made by Iwaki/ERC in Japan. Input: 24 VDC. Analytical vacuum pump used in the HP/Agilent brand, model G1322A and G1379A model degassers only (1100, 1200-series) and some Shimadzu and ERC models too. This vacuum pump does NOT fit the model G1379B degasser ! These vacuum pumps are normal wear and tear parts, which on average, last about three to five years, depending on application, before requiring replacement. Pump replacement is a normal maintenance aspect of maintaining these degassers. Note: Agilent’s price is $ 967 USD each. We offer a professionally cleaned and rebuilt one for much less! (CS). BTW: We also sell higher quality replacement vacuum tubing kits and 3-port valves for the G1322A degasser for far less than Agilent does (see our other items for sale). Always replace the vacuum tubing and the valve when replacing the vacuum pump in a G1322A. Failure to correctly diagnose the problem often results in more expensive damage to the system. Degasser diagnostic testing requires many years of professional training plus specialized equipment. It is for this reason we provide no warranty of any kind on part sales. To save time and money, have Chiralizer Services professionally test your degasser module. This way you will know what is actually wrong with it and what the cost will be to repair it. Includes: Vacuum pump with upgraded vacuum chamber coupler tubing, tray and mounting pads. Troubleshooting Notes: When the Red status light turns on, the module shuts down and must be repaired as the instrument is now considered “out-of-compliance” / “Fails Validation”. Please have the degasser module serviced when the degasser’s steady Yellow light stays ‘ON’ (not when you first turn it on, but after it has been on for more than ten minutes), before the RED light comes on. YELLOW means it no longer meets factory vacuum specification and is failing. Continuing to run it in this condition may result in more serious (costly) damage. When the status LED stays yellow all of the time or turns RED, the system should be professionally serviced. Have the system professionally diagnosed to find the cause of the failures before servicing. Vacuum pumps often fail due to OTHER problems, such as leaking vacuum chambers or valves.
